This is a 4 story home, with a spacious and functional floorplan. The main level contains a large living room with gas log fireplace, dining area, custom kitchen, and half bath/laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal, and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and butcher block countertops.



From the main level, a short flight of stairs will lead you upstairs to an expansive master suite. This beautiful suite features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large seating area with huge picture windows overlooking Baldy Mountain. Star gazing and northern light viewing are amazing from this room! The spacious master bath has a deep soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower.



The upper level includes a second bedroom with a full size bed, as well.



As you go downstairs from the main level, you will be greeted by a family room with a large TV, comfortable couches, and a wood burning fireplace (for use only during power outages). This is the perfect place to cozy up with a book, play a board game, or enjoy a family movie night!



The lowest level of the house has two bedrooms with a shared Jack'n'Jill bathroom. These bedrooms each have a queen size bed.
