“Very unfriendly staffing person (manager?). For example, would not let me borrow a set of scissors that were clearly in view at the desk for even 10 minutes. Harrassed me to pay a room charge immediately in cash, even though I had anothernday on my reservation. Multiple tumes the short list of breakfast choices were not available.”

“When we check-in, the reception told us they will send the afternoon tea to our room in 30mins. I waited 45 mins and call the reception again. They said will chase the tea but after 1 hr., they still haven’t send us the afternoon tea. We called for pick up from our villa to reception but no one coming after waiting for 20mins. The breakfast offer was very bad and the quality was not good. Overall no service and bad experience. Not worth for such the high cost. ”

“Room was very dirty. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Shower had not been cleaned in many months or even longer. There was mold growing everywhere. The breakfast is not as pictured in photos on website. No western food except lukewarm fried eggs and toast. No juice boxes like in picture. There was a lot of noise from two different construction sites outside of my window. All day bang, bang, bang. This hotel is extremely isolated. No restaurants or shopping in sight. No way to get anywhere……

“The hotel is neat. The only drawback is you can hear aeroplane overhead. But I think the whole district is similar. We encountered an electric break down in the whole hotel for 2 nights. It took 2 hours for repairmen on the first night. However, the service was down again at mid night. We stayed overnight without air con. We finally relocated to another hotel on the other day. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and helped moving the luggage down from upstairs. They showed sincere……

“The location is good to travel surrounding areas by walking. Although the building is relatively old, it is good enough for what you need in travel. The most I appreciated is that there is a washing machine in the unit. And the hotel provides the laundry powder but I would recommend to buy the liquid one in 7-11. The hotel provides the rack in the balcony as well. But the bad thing is that the water pressure there is weak. Other than I like to stay there.”
