Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. "Beautiful room. Very spacious and well apportioned. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ella at the front desk was amazing. She helped us with a few issues, where to go etc. we were looking forward to relaxing at the pool but it was way way too cold. Nobody was getting in it was just too freezing. Close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend! "
