“I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed. The guesthouse is located in a safe and there……

“Beautiful and amazing place”

“the stay is wonderful, staff are friendly and helpful, location is great, near to beach and food court. it's pity that I am here for business, can't spend more time here in hotel.”

“Obly one word to describe The Oyster Box - wow! It certainly lives up to expectations!”

One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.”

“I had a lovely stay. Beautiful virw over the city from upper level Can highly recommend the spa”

The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous. The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could……

“What a lovely hotel with most charming staff - Oyster Box nice but too much like Dubai (unless that's your vibe)”

“They had amazing bfast excellent staff and clean rooms but what I found baffling is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly they have no ramps into the property just stairs”
