“I had an exceptional stay at the Langley for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous & so spacious! The spa is well looked after & very clean. I had the whole women’s spa area to myself for a good hour & it was so relaxing! We unfortunately missed out on using the outdoor pool due to closure for winter but the we did walk the grounds & they’re so well kept & beautiful for an autumn walk. “This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). The bathroom was great too, shower a little on the less-powerful side, but I expected that seeing……

“Room was perfect, really spacious and clean. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t review the restaurant for that, but our breakfast was great. Spa was lovely. Really beautiful grounds and hotel, staff very polite and attentive. We can’t fault it. Thank you we would love to return. ”

“We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, and the peacocks were a lovely treat. The staff were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. You definitely get good value for the money paid. Breakfast was okay – not the best – but we understand it is focused on a traditional English breakfast. It would be nice to have a vegetarian sausage option and boiled eggs as well.……
