“Perfect, cozy cottage. About a block from the beach, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and furnishings. Very responsive host (2 very minor questions). Loved the quiet and vibes of Aptos and Rio Del Mar…wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“The bed in the second bedroom upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress was smaller than the frame which made it weird to get in and out. Pillows were not comfortable either. ”

“We love waking up with the beach right in front. Your property has very convenient beach access and is close to many great restaurants for dining in. The host is very nice and responds to our texts quickly. Even though it was just one night, we had a relaxing and great time.”

“We've stayed in a lot of places over the years, but this is the first one everyone agrees on to be worthy of 5 stars. Everything was great! The kitchen had everything one could possibly need for cooking and serving, including spices and salt and pepper grinders. The house had a washer, dryer, and all supplies needed to do laundry. The location and views were fantastic, and communications with the managers was a breeze. We're all looking forward to returning to this property. ”
