「WE didn't have any contact with the property manager (none required, so I can't comment on that) - the towels and house smelled very musty .. the washer had mold in it .. and suspect that is the reason for the musty smell. I expect some "dampness" from beach living .. but it was more than that. One item to note - the banister rungs for the stairs is not up to code - I could fit my head through and a small child could fit their whole body. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs....

Home was clean, well stocked if you wanted to cook, and we also appreciated having coffee beans, pods, and cream and sugar. We slept in comfortable beds with greatest Temperpedic pillows in the world. Host and home manager were responsive. We really enjoyed our retreat and look forward to returning.」
