「Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that...

「House was in a very nice neighborhood. It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) I recommend this house for a family but given the layout, it might not work as well for couples to share.」

「The property is lovely. I didn’t have my dog, but Lynne let me know that it is pet friendly large outdoor space with a wonderful view. Lots of special touches. Lynn works really hard to make it welcoming. That includes, lavender gifts and homemade scones. It was really a wonderful stay. I loved the pig that was there to visit with.」
