Waverly hotels in Lansing

"Some staff were great, but most were rude and didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was a joke, the only edible thing was the waffle you make yourself. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and needs a remodel. The room was fine, but the sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Housekeeping brought them up for us and left them for us to change the sheets. The pool was surprisingly decent. The “gym” is just a small box in the pool area. Nice to have but with no air flow it was very stuffy. They make you put a deposit on the room and then when you call tell you it could take five days and to call them back if it’s still there. Overall horrible experience and will never stay there again."

"This is definitely a Sleep and leave hotel. It was confusing to find since none of the names on the building matched the booking. The room was updated, but definitely could have been cleaner. Part of the hotel looks like it is being remodeled, so hopefully thats the plan for the rest of of the building. It is definitely needed."

"The bar closed early, closed at midnight and last call 11:30. At 11:55 asked a full room of people to leave. Also, coffee bar charged us double for coffee and then didn’t know how to reimburse it. "
