“房間比想像中細了點，其中一盞枱燈壞了，通知了門房，但最後沒有修理”

“Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.”

“城堡本身非常古老，环境也很幽静，室内摆设都极大保留了历史特色。酒店原则上不接受8岁以下儿童入住，我们带着一个4岁的孩子，虽然无法进入餐厅用餐，但是可以叫room service在房间吃早餐。早餐很丰富味道也很好。是一次很满意的经历。”

“整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。”

“This is an older building with lots of character. The bedroom was huge with lots of space and a view over the garden. The bed was comfy, although the mattress did seem to sag in the middle a little. The bathroom was nicely decorated, but I was a little surprised their wasn't any shampoo/conditioner in addition to the shower gel. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We did have a drink from the bar after hours, which was allowed but the chap serving us didn't really have a clue so……

“We were in room 25, due to the walkway on the floor above us, this was a noisy room. Usually late at night or early in the morning when guests were mobile. ”

“Did everything we wanted, very clean. Nice to have the tea, coffee and biscuits. Next to a police station which was reassuring. Quiet location within easy walk of the town (excellent Thai restaurant btw) It was a warm night and the room was a little stuffy Overall we were very pleased”

“A great stay with great staff and a lovely room,the room was a bit dated and well presented a little dirt on the walls and light shade but that was not a problem unless your very picky.all in all a lovely stay and will definitely use again when in the area.”
