「The room was in perfect condition. The garden is absolutely beautiful, I spent a lot of time there even though I was only there for one night. The staff is great, they took pictures of my friend and I for us and had snorkeling gear ready to take, but we didn’t need it. We got a free welcome drink which was considerate. There were two cats roaming around outside that were so sweet!」

「As soon as we arrived we felt very comfortable with Jay the owner of the establishment. He was absolutely amazing . He was always available. If we needed anything we had it immediately. I loved our room it was gorgeous and immaculate. I wish I could live there I didn’t want to leave . Outside our room was an aloe plant that he allowed us to cut to use on our sunburn after gorgeous beach s block away. The place is waking distance to the beach and the renaissance mall . Jay is very hospitality,...

「Rooms were very clean. Staff at the Barcelo are exceptionally nice. The Royal restaurant on the 9th floor is definitely the best, especially their manger George. George is as professional as they come. Super nice, quick witted, and very particular in how he presents himself, and his dinner service is 2nd to NONE!….Nice job George. See you next year!」
