「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Everything was amazing, even down to when I fell off the motorized scooters ( which are super dangerous and should come with multiple warning labels) . Staff was helpful. As a RN I was able to nurse my abrasions but highly recommend moving them away from drinking areas. 」

「A very unique experience. It met my expectations. Owner was very accommodating. Need a car, but then everything is very close. Nice pool, nice private outside areas as well as common areas. Extremely affordable. Keep in mind , I stayed in the Gypsy wagon Queenie for 2 weeks, it’s small but it has what you need. They also have an outdoor kitchen area where we occasionally cooked our own breakfast. Owner gave us a dozen eggs . I look forward to going back again 」

「We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. 」
