「Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only. After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away. Hampton accommodated us. I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. 「This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. 」

「We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot. 「Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out.」
