「Die Wohnung war sehr schön aufgeteilt, alles war sauber. Man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es ist ja auch alles beschrieben. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super, man läuft nur ein paar Minuten zur Promenade. Auch die Bushaltestelle neben der Anlage haben wir oft genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, canals, shopping, and we felt very safe. The rental is clean, well-appointed, modern and very comfortable. The only downside is the stairs if one has a mobility issue.」

「WOW!! I can not say enough about how great this property is. Location is perfect, walkable to countless eateries and shops and beautiful scenery everywhere you look. 「Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! 」

「This is a nice place,the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. 」

「Apartment with two large en suite bedrooms, and a small, well equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer! Beware the very steep, long stairs (typical of Amsterdam) – Wessel's son was kind enough to help us get our luggage up them. Host was super friendly and accommodating, great communication and suggestions. Convenient, safe location with easy access to trams, and lots of places for food and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything that it was convenient. Had great shops, food, and a grocery store near. Close to the canal. It was far enough away from all of the really crazy tourist locations that it was calm. Nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the calm and quiet of the back garden area. If you want to be in the middle of a touristy area, this isn’t for you. If you want some quiet and you want to feel private and calm- book now! A quick 10 minute walk...

「Mario was great! So friendly and accommodating! The 2 bathroom description was a misleading. Only one toilet and one shower. I think it could be improved by allowing some light into the apartment and ability to open windows, felt a little like a cave. Great location, everyone within walking distance. 」

「We used this a our main base for touring the Netherlands. It was near Amsterdam, slept 7 easily, roomy enough for us all. It was tough to speak with anyone with the accomodation before we got there as to how each room was stocked. Lots of dishes and cutlery. Nice and close to Volendam to walk into town and stroll. If we go back would use again. 」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it.
The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night.
Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference.
If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time.
