"Fantastic service, immaculate, and an excellent staff!"

"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa struttura, a soli 10 minuti da Lecce e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i principali posti turistici (Gallipoli, Lecce, Torre dell’Orso ecc). "Impressionné par le service et le personnel très attentionné de cet excellent hôtel. Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. "We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

"We had room 211. Small (12 sqm?) room fitted with 3 beds. WiFi was totally crap. Airco wouldn't adjust, you're either freezing cold or sweating when you switch it off. Chemical breakfast. Off town, you can't do w/o a car. Of course, there's a swimming pool and stuff, but honestly for a 4*, it's not at the expected level."
