"This property was perfect for our three-night stay in Kernville. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy to walk to river. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Loved spending time on the little outdoor patio/balcony in the evenings. A family of deer graced us with their presence one night, which we enjoyed. A little strange having to wear a wristband all weekend but maybe a better solution can be found to identify guests in the future...?"

"The cabin was great! Nice wood inside..AC ..nice king bed..TV had some issues and would be nicer if they had a few more channels..nice short walk to river and lots of trees!! Good market near by with prepared foods for using BBQ..did not find good fishing this trip but will return when river is more back to normal. Staff was very helpful and nice! Especially Lonnette who rearrainged our dates because of the flooding."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had access to a little creek, with such clear water. Our area was pretty much shaded the whole time with all the tree coverage. The inside was cute and cozy! "-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house"

"The cabin is super cute, very clean, and has an awesome location. We thought we were getting the cabin pictured with a deck but cabin 11 does not have one. Either way, it’s a very nice stay. On the property, Kern River runs through where we saw people fishing. While it’s very close to town, I wouldn’t recommend walking since it’s on the main road. Our hosts were very nice and we would absolutely head back when we can. "

"The property is a mix of little cabins and rv spaces. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was very nice and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us but there was sleeping space for 4 others. Bunk beds in the other small bedroom and a futon in the living area. It also had a barbecue and picnic table in the outside space. Reasonable prices. I would recommend "
