「Decent but small single room EXCEPT the kitchen vent. All was fine until 7am when it started up like an aero engine and then that wasn't great (that's English for a bit grim). Ensuite is for skinny people only. Very 1980's suite and tiny washbasin squeezed in ext to the shower enclosure. Fan broken so it was quickly like Viet Nam in monsoon conditions in there.」

「One of the most beautiful building and gardens. It felt like being at a national trust, not just a hotel because the grounds are so well thought out and looked after. Outfoor Pool area is gorgeous but some bits need a bit of an extra clean or facelift- the rim around the pool had gone green and some features looked slightly dated or cluttered. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. 」

「The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham...

「I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.」

「We were given a top floor room for which I realised I struggled to walk up in addition to the hotel is like a maze and confusing to find and get back to. It was one of a very hot day and the window is quite limited to open to let the cool air comes in. A fan is available. The shower as well is a bit of a tricky manoeuvre to operate.
