“The room appeared to have not been cleaned after it's previous accounts. There was what looked like fecal matter on the toilet seat, bodily fluids on the bedding which definitely hadn't been changed and the room smelt like someone had been smoking, even though this is illegal.
The staff didn't seem to care when we handed the keys back and left without even viewing another room.
Do not stay here, do not give them your money. The environmental health should inspect and close them down.”

“I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. “We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
