「The room and hotel were v clean. Staff were friendly. Location good. Maintained well. Rooms roomy and bed comfortable. Only thing they need to sort is the breakfast coffee. Guests do like a decent breakfast cup of coffee or two.」

「The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
