「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. 「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient.

「Big room and good mattress only」

「There was accumulated water in the bathroom after showering.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」
