「We stayed at The Harbour Hotel in Greenock, Scotland, from 14 to 18 September 2026, travelling with my son. We had a pleasant stay and found the hotel a convenient base for exploring Greenock and the surrounding area. The location was useful, and we enjoyed spending time together during our visit. We were happy with our stay and would consider staying at The Harbour Hotel again when visiting the area.」

「The room was clean but overall hotel needs lots of TLC. Only seen one member of staff. He was receptionist, bartender and possibly waiting on breakfast tables, so he was kept going. For what we paid for overnight stay, we have no complaints. Main thing was the room and en suite were clean. If you want 5 star you need to be prepared to pay a lot more than this hotel charges. Overall it did the job.」

「The Tontine is a delightful old-world hotel — complete with beautiful stained glass in the entry windows — that befits the heritage of its neighborhood. Staff were extremely helpful, accommodating my flight-caused schedule change, and room service was very quick and exactly the meal I ordered.」

「Beautiful location with lovely views. Traditional bedroom but with modern bathroom and walk in shower. Excellent buffet breakfast - food kept hot which you don’t always get with this style of breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful」

「Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi」

「We stayed at this property for a week the main person in charge Alex he was so helpful always on hand if we needed anything there was an incident which was resolved instantly it was a well looked after and more then worth the cost to stay the room was clean and tidy fresh bedding and towels any time we needed the property was well maintained and cleaned every day I will be staying here every time I visit Scotland and will be visiting again very soon with family and friends it truly was a...

「It was a dream. I was so sad to leave and cannot wait to be back. Dimitri, Eva + Co. were wonderful welcomimg hosts and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean spacious filled with elegance and absolutely breathtaking views that make you feel peace the moment you walk in. It was quiet at night and we slept so deeply because of the ambience and warm energy of the house. Amazing history, character and a grand gorgeous historical house and garden. You feel like royalty...
