"Paid extra for premium suite pure wellness, I room air purification reserved for adults and 1 child, but assigned regular suite. Requested bedding change daily, only received made beds final night(still not changed). Locked out of the bedroom bathroom everyday, had doorknob changed and still locked out and forced to come down to lobby in pj's due to hesth concern. Continually requesting towels for reserved number of guests, which we did not receive, spoke with a guest that left and purchased towels. Kitchen fire evacuation while family in the pool that happen to have pests(roach). I am definitely looking for a response from staff about these concerns and will be reaching out to corporate."
