All of the local said it is the best in Rui’an city but the facility condition is worn out, the bedding is okay, the room is bit small for me since they placed an massage chair in the room and it is not free to use, you will need to have Alipay or wechat pay which I don’t have, so the chair is worthless to me and also the chair looks dirty and smell. We are staying the non-smoking floor but we still can smell the smoke, it might come from the AC system.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast buffet, the food quality and taste are very good for Asian taste. They have 2 floors for chinese food which is very very good but you would need to make reservation at least one day ahead and you will need to speak mandarin and at least 4 people dine in.
