“Nice pools and restaurant.Hotel is in great shape. Friendly employees. The $25 to park brings it down 2 stars. Come on $25 to park in palmetto!! Kind of felt ripped off. ”

“This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower……

“Our room was clean as well as the halls. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the lemon water available throughout the day. In addition, the warm cookies was the icing on the cake.... well cookies!”

The only issue we had in 5 nights was that our laundry was stuck in the laundry closet for over 12 hours as the door battery died and front desk did not have a key to get in, and property maintenance was also unable to open the door until the following day - no one checked on us or kept us in the loop so we just had to keep trying until we could get our clothes back, no apologies or anything.
