“We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. “Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.

“Our stay at the Pequot Hotel last weekend was exceptional. The front desk team is truly amazing—warm, professional, and very friendly, which set a great tone for our visit.
The hotel has a wonderful, nostalgic feel to it; it’s like staying in your own room at your grandmother’s house. Everything is clean, quaint, and perfectly in its place. We also loved the extra touches, like the fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon.

However, if a property advises that it has a pool, then the pool must be available at least some of the time. Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us.

“Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket.
