Room was beautiful and staff were great except for staff in bar. Wasn’t very welcoming and my drink wasn’t quite right. Otherwise everything else great.

Standard hostel: foam mattress, a cage so I can lock my belongings away and not much space to move. I was attended to quickly though and staff seemed helpful. There were lots of signs up about a mouse sighting in the hostel!
There were not enough bathrooms, there were only two on our floor and both contained the toilet, sink and shower. So the floor was very wet and people had to wait to use it in the morning.

Staff very polite, room very clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, breakfast okay, this hotel is near to the Great Portland Street train station. Definitely I will booked this hotel again
