“Everything about our stay at this property was great. The location was great. We were able to walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The were a couple of great local places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.”

“we spent 6 nights here for a family vacation. it’s a nice neighborhood, around 8 mins fr the tube station with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Clifford was very responsive to our questions and requests. basic necessities provided such as towels, laundry wash, shower gels, shampoos, detergent… will definitely rebook for my next trip! ”

“I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor……

“If your looking for a place that is centrally located, clean, spacious and modern - this is the place. The only draw back is that it is a 4 story walk up - but isn't that what all of London apartments are - walk ups. The place was incredible - and PERFECTLY LOCATED in SoHo to all the bars and restaurants... I had a question about the washer/dryer and the office was very quick to respond and resolve it.”

“Great place with a terrific location. Nice showers and tub and well appointed kitchen. Most everything was a walking distance— St Paul’s and soho, theater and British museum.”

“Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! ”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough.”

“They went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of! They were quick to respond to everything, even our last minute request to come in early. I do wish they would have disclosed that the extra beds were roll away and during the year waivers we only had 1 fan to share between 4 people. It is close to everything. Lots of cute places to get coffee or food. Even the corner market was very close and easy to purchase what we needed.”
