“Arrived late, not a soul around. Kitchen and common areas were clean, headed to bed. Room and bathroom were clean and well-stocked. Love the quirky decor. Early breakfast - lots of choices, out the door. Online check-in, no check-out was a breeze. Would return.”

“We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. “The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see……
