「Location is fantastic - tucked a few doors away from the bars and restos on Elgin. Just a short stroll to all of the sites and the canal. The Inn is an old home there can be a lot of noise transfer from other rooms but better than the street noise at some of the hotels closer to Spark St......the 3rd floor is a bit of a climb up the stairs if that is an issue for you. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Breakfast was a great bonus for a few bucks. Super friendly staff.」

「Bad service and poor quality of customer support」

「The property was located in a convenient location to downtown Ottawa. Getting around was relatively easy. We were visiting from out of province. There was a dart board available however the neighbours did not appreciate us playing. The home was clean but there was no use of a back deck as it was under repair. The onsite laundry facilities were very useful.」
