I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcoming I received at stay at the casino. The registration was a great experience. I was assigned a room on floor 21 with a great view. Everything was great from staff to food. Only thing I wasn’t able to do is tie into secured WiFi. But, the open wi fi worked. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!!

Très facile pour le check-in. L'appartement est pratique et propre. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions laissées par l'hôte. Le lit est un peu petit et le bruit venant de l'étage s'entend fort. 'otre hôte s'est assuré que tout soit au mieux pour nous avec des réponses réactives.
