"This is our second stay at North Conway Mountain Inn. Annie and her staff are remarkably appreciative of their guests. Clean rooms, smiling faces, and so helpful to cater to your needs. We so enjoyed our stay and our view of the mountains. And yes, before we left we booked our third trip for this fall. It’s nice to feel welcome and have a safe clean environment! And a great location."

"This hotel is great! From the moment we checked in the staff was really helpful and nice. The room was also clean and comfortable. The big hits, of course were the small water park and the daily breakfast. My kids had so much fun in the water and it was never really overcrowded. The daily breakfast had many options to choose from and the kids actually ate. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Old and dated- but a pleaseant experience. My biggest issue was with hotels. com while booking. The hotel charged a $20 per night "amenities" junk fee per night- payable at the hotel... which WAS buried down inside the fine print of the hotels. com listing- but not readily apparent when the booking was made. This is what ticks off travelers. I would encourage the listings CLEARLY state extra fees will be charged when you check-in- not simply have that disclosure buried deep within the listing where you can easily miss it."

"This was an excellent stop on our journey. The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Our room was really clean, and spacious. The offered s’mores by the fire pit which my kids loved. Staff was also really friendly. Truly one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in."
