"Beautifully appointed rooms and the food in the restaurant is excellent. This is a can't miss lovely hotel in downtown Portland. There is also a light rail stop very close which we used after returning a rental car to the airport. The light rail is very user friendly. We just had to tap a credit card and were able to board and ride to downtown for $2.80. This hotel is also a great location. It is very close to the rose garden, Japanese garden and the art museum which were all excellent. The art museum has a small European collection but had work by many masters including Monet and Van Gogh."

"Nice, well-equipped large rooms with comfortable beds and a sitting area. Outside is attractively landscaped and there is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had. A nearby (but not walkable) shopping area has many dining options. The airport shuttle runs 24/7, unlike a number of other airport properties that stop from 11 PM or midnight until 4-5 AM - but be sure to let them know in advance and reserve a space on the shuttle that you want to take. Be aware that this is a fairly large property and lines to check in can get long at the very beginning of check-in time. I will definitely stay here when flying in and out of Portland!"
