I had valet and I needed help with grabbing my things and rolling them in to the room. There was no bellhop or help with this. Truthfully I struggled to grab my things. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Our stay in the treehouse was awesome! The kids loved the zip line and the suspended net to watch movies was another favorite part of our stay! The place was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay!
