This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids."

"My husband and I stayed in this charming property for 3 nights. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. It is a short drive to downtown Cooperstown and we enjoyed the location spending late afternoons sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We highly recommend this property!"

"The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning....
