“Had reservations for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I hit the buzzer several times, with no response. I called the number had for it, received message said to leave a message and will back to me soon. I called 20 minutes later and he hung the phone up with no response”

“Laura at front desk was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding with very many options of food to eat. Stayed there for nine nights and would stay there again. Waterfront grill across the street is excellent. Right on the Erie canal. Tom & Carole Blaney. Raleigh. North Carolina.”

“I loved the downstairs and the restaurant. I felt the rooms could use better comforters and decoration. It wouldn’t take much to upgrade them aesthetically. The music stage in front of the lake was not pleasant to look at, but it probably helps their business model.”

“Neat 1800’s hotel. Odd scarcity of people. Beds need replacing. Good pizza and convenience store nearby. Close to Cooperstown.”

“Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.”

It was also so convenient as a stop on our drive from Cleveland to Boston, with nice restaurants nearby and easy parking.”

“Small basic room with convenient parking. Windows could be opened to air it out. It sits right on Route 20. Ice available in the office.”
