"Staff were lovely. Evening meal great but breakfast a bit chaotic. However when I offered a tip I was horrified to hear from staff that if tips are put on card payment they go to business and staff do not get! I did not have suitable change. Wake up Muthu hotels. Now we mostly rely on cashless transactions this is no way to treat your staff"

"Tired rooms with a musty smell to them. It was cheap for the area and that is reflected in the condition of the room. If you are looking for a place to crash and dont intend to stay in the room long, it is tolerable. The staff were friendly and accomodating."
