“New and nice”

“When we arrived on a Friday afternoon the computer system was down and there were a lot of people checking in. Although the staff handled things calmly and got everyone in their rooms efficiently. We were pleased with the large room they put us in. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a king bed suite. A bit disappointed that there was no freezer compartment in the fridge, but not that important. The first morning we had no maid service so we had no clean towels that day nor tissues……

“This trip was a girls night out with visiting Meijers Gardens on Saturday afternoon then dinner then an evening of playing canasta (cards). Then Saturday was going to be a shopping day in Holland. We were at the gardens til they closed then grabbed some dinner and came back to play cards. We Were told the lobby was closed at 10pm and we could NOT be in the lobby area play cards. There was NO way possible at all to play canasta in our room. We told Amy (the front desk person at the time)……

“The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns, this was simply sub par. Room was excellent, clean and cool.”

“Was there for over an hr trying to check in and no one came, tried calling and no one answered so I was nor able to check in at all. Please refund”

“Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.”
