「VERY disappointing. I'd give it 2 out of 10 TV in room did not work (wanted to watch soccer world cup) .. was told by staff that someone would come up and check it. I waited nearly an hour...nobody came ... so I called again and was told "oh yeah that TV doesn't work" (Gee, thanks for telling me now). The "barn style" roller door in bathroom didn't close entirely, leaving about a 4 inch gap. So when sitting on the toilet anyone lying on the bed can see your reflection in mirror/ TV when doing...

「The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend!」

「Hot Tubs and Pools were small. The Harbor view was half good half not so good. The view faces the industrial site where ships drop off gravel, dirt and other aggregate materials. The converiors and other material handling equipment make a constant drone. Rooms, staff and overall look of the hotel are modern and comfortable. Nice hotel.... unfortunate location.」

「I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room.
