Western Michigan Spa Hotel

"The tulips were pretty disappointing. The hotel was very expensive because of the time of year – $375 a night. They also added 20% for incidentals which I’m still waiting for the return on that. However, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good and the staff worked hard to keep up with the crowd. "

"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every...

"I only stayed one night, but everything I needed was at my fingertips. The room was clean and lovely. The bathroom was up to date, clean, and well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again."
