“Cynthia - your home was very comfortable and I appreciate you letting us stay.I wish I could give you a 5 star rating but there are several reasons why I cannot:1. Upon arrival the house smelled terrible - like wet dogs. The garage smelled of mildew. 2. Not prepared- Dishes were in the dish washer and laundry was in the dryer. 3. Your kitchen drawers are a mess. Drawer organizers and make the kitchen tidy would be a huge improvement.4. No towels in the bathrooms, no paper towels or paper……

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. ”

“The home is definitely charming! Very nice stay. It was clean, had modern appliances, stocked with nice extras, and easy to check in/check out. Convenient parking, and the fenced yard was great for the pups. Would highly recommend!”

“Kitchen was clean and stocked well with a Keurig, coffee pods, plenty of kitchen utensils (silverware, bowls, plates, baking pans, etc). Area was easily walkable with plenty of sites to see. Close to the Truckee river walk path, shopping, etc.”
