“Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t……

“Absolutely supreme! Super clean beautiful hotel. The public beach is 2 mins away but they have a private beach 10 minute walk and absolutely worth it- chairs are reserved and close to the water . The beach is like the Caribbean. Absolutely amazing hotel and I travel extensively . This hotel is great!!! Highly recommend. ”

“It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.”
