“酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. ”

“Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . “We had a car, so we were a bit concerned about parking, but the parking garage was easily accessible and super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The temperature is regulated in the room, so if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment, it might be a bit warm.”

“工作人员很热情，根据天气情况帮我们推荐参观的路线，晚餐25瑞士法郎，12-15岁的孩子18瑞士法郎，超值的，早餐也挺丰富。虽然是木屋，晚上很安静，酒店饲养的小兔子一家也很可爱，退房后帮我们付款租了一辆出租车送到站台，免了我们推行李上坡的问题，下次到少女峰地区还会选择这家酒店。酒店提供桌上足球和乒乓球，还有免费的咖啡，茶水，小吃，为住客考虑得很周到。”

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."
