「We went to the property after its opening. The staff was amazing. So polite and helpful. The room was clean and a great size for my family and I. The only complaint I have is that they never came to pick up my towels and linens after I called a few times so we just had towels sitting on the floor. I had to go downstairs and grab new ones but I will blame it on them JUST opening. Besides that, absolutely no complaints. They were awesome. 」

「We liked that bed was comfortable and room was clean. No hand soap and no bath mat . Staff were friendly and helpful. Slept well and would stay again ! Breakfast was good , they had bacon and eggs ! Plus other things . Coffee was good .」

「Everything was perfect. 1negative on this trip. The black residents of Memphis really despise white people. We did meet a few very nice people that were visiting as well but the local workers who work and live in the area hate you. They have no problem letting you know. I really didn't let it bother me but by the 3rd day it wore me down. I asked a local woman why the National gaurd was deployed to Beale street. She said to control the violence.
