「A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place」

「We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!」

「Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin. 「It was very dirty hotel」

「Credit card was charged for another traveler's reservation (nobody I was traveling with). Check in staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. Still trying to get the charge corrected.」

「Friendly staff, amazing views from patios, but no continental breakfast which wasn't a big deal but shower was weird, also thought I booked a room facing the bridge but ended up on the backside facing the basketball court and it got loud」
