"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

"Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in....
