「Air conditioning too loud」

「Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.」

「Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. Our bathroom and bed linen was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I don’t think they should have rented us the room they did when there was so much damage to...

「The room was spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. The management was organized for remote check-in. There was a sign at the front desk with a phone number to call. The friendly woman who answered then texted the room code and that was that. It is the first time I never met, or saw, a staff member during an entire stay at any accommodation. However, they were available by phone if needed.」

「Not to many restaurants in town. Grazer's was the best thing. Close to Custer, wii stay there next time. Breakfast is slim.」

「Beautiful remote ranch propertyRoom was private, comfortable and quiet. I think we were the only guests on the property the night we stayed. We were traveling and needed a safe place with our RV and it fit the bill. Only issue was I didn’t bring shampoo or soap and there was only pump hand soap at sink. Just an FYI…」
