“The apartment appeared clean, However, the apartment was not set up for guests on a long term stay to be supplied with necessary household items. No cork screw, only one cloth hanger, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people, no hand towels, one bed pillow was incorrect, no dish towel, no extra bed pillow, the couch as advertised was missing, no glasses. We called the host and only after 2 hours we were supplied with some of the items we needed. The TV did not work. After pointing these things……

“The cotton towers are not clean enough. I hope you ensure all the beds and towers are washed before the new guest arrives. Clean stuff is the most important issue for the reputation of any hotel. ”

“Das Zimmer wurde als Ferienunterkunft beworben, Offensichtlich ist das aber nicht die Zielgruppe: Positiv: -Parkplatz negativ: -Wechselhandtücher nur gegen Gebühr (Mehrtagesaufenthalte werden bestraft) -Es gab nur rudimentäre Küchenausrüstung (2 Töpfe ohne Deckel), -Herd war nur sehr kompliziert zu bedienen (was bekannt zu sein scheint, es gab einen Hinweiszettel zur Kindersicherung, aber nicht zur kruden Bedienstrucktur). -Die Badheizung funktionierte nicht. -Das Bett (genauer die Matratzen……

“Das Apartment und Einrichtung was für den Preis Super. Musste aber die Unterkunft suchen bzw. war nicht sicher ob ich an der richtigen Adresse war. So unscheinbar war das Apartment in einem Wohnhaus, in einer Wohnsiedlung gelegen.”

“Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vor der Tür. Kommunikation erscheint automatisiert und war unbefriedigend. Informationen zum CheckIn konzentrieren sich auf die App zur Tür-Öffnung und erst durch andere Gäste erfuhr ich von den kodierbaren Magnetkarten. Unglücklich wenn in den ersten drei Tagen die Server des Öffnungsdienstes zweimal ausfallen und einen aussperren. Das Bett erscheint zu groß für das Zimmer und schränkt die……
