"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."

"Did not use the gym across the street. Air conditioning was great. Parking is across the street but plenty of it. The staff is super friendly. But somebody had to do something about the maintenance. Lot of things falling apart"

"The place was as advertised. It was very clean and welcoming. My family totally enjoyed their stay. The only issue that I found was that the ice maker had some mold in it from not being use and water left inside. Orher than that I would stay here again. The price is very reasonable and Percy is very responsive."
