「Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.」

Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. 「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
