“I really enjoyed my stay, i even added an extra day. Ms Anita at the front desk was awesome, rooms were clean and property was well taken care of. This is a do over. Everyone was so friendly. ”

“Days inn usually have good breakfast that’s why we booked the hotel, unfortunately they have kep only muffin, banana and coffee, really upset the rating in yelp is not correct. Also this is exactly opp to loves gas station too many trucks and noises”

“The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. ”

“Nice hotel within walking distance to many of the sites and sounds of downtown Montgomery. The staff were professional and helpful. The rooms are big with nice appointed decor. The fitness room is more than functional. Breakfast is fulfilling and plentiful. My one con: parking is less than desirable but, compared to the other hotels in the area that charge for all parking, I can accept the free parking on the street.”

“Shower valve almost impossible to turn”

“I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!”

“Didn’t you the bar and yes, the parking lot did feel safe.”

“I have stayed at this hotel a few times and usually it’s fine but after this last time I won’t be back. I checked into my room and it wasn’t clean. The staff was polite and helpful and switched me to a new room but I discovered the toilet was not working. I was told it would be fixed but when I got back around 11pm, 6 hours later it was not fixed. While the staff was polite and attempted to help there were no additional rooms and I had to sleep in a room with a working toilet. I have reached out……

“The room was adequate, but it was absolutely impossible to open two suitcases unless one was on the bed. The rooftop restaurant was very disappointing. We were tired and just wanted a halfway decent meal, but what we received was well below par. Do NOT recommend.”
