"The room and bathroom needs deep and detail cleaning. Plenty stain on the wall especially near bathroom. Shower head needs to be update, it’s old and very low it is hard for tall adult to stand and wash hair on the shower. Carpet feels sticky. This hotel is very high traffic, which is good for business but need to do detail clean to bring up the quality of the facility. The staffs is friendly."

"Stayed two nights. Staff were all very kind. Hotel room itself was very clean. Lobby and common areas were very busy and crowded, but they were clean. Construction was going on which we knew about before booking and were fine with. Did feel it was weird that when we checked in they said nothing about a plan for all the water being shut off for two hours the next morning, instead we got a letter shoved under our door while we were out. The rooms are renovated but you can still tell the building is very old. Door to our balcony was ancient and got stuck a few times which was very scary when on the balcony. Bathroom in room needed work, seemed more like age and not dirty but not really Hyatt standard in my opinion. Again want to mention that all the staff we interacted with were amazing and truly cared about our experience."

"We traveled with our two small boys. The rooms were well updated and maintained. The cleaning staff kept it very clean even with us tracking sand from the beach. The grill by the pool was delicious. We frequented that for our dinner spot. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very helpful. We absolutely would stay at another property like this again."

"I reached out already multiple times two hotels.com and personally at the hotel staff. I asked to speak to the manager as well because the room was not as advertised as it was on hotels.com and for the amount I paid. Room was $360 square feet at best and it wasn't a deluxe room as advertised nor did it king bed has initially advertised. It's very disappointing the fact that I brought up these issues as well as the room having a damaged patio track to go outside for the ocean view as well as bathroom sink that was corroding and different colors. Very upsetting and disappointing I initially requested a refund of my money or some type of compensation for the inconvenience. If we were there for a 40th birthday anniversary for my wife and I thought for what was advertised the room of be a great location and also a very nice room and a hotel. The only thing that was accurate was having the ocean view but again with everything that I was expecting and considering the occasion, it was a complete disappointment, and had I not used my 1jey cash the room would have been close to 1100. Please provide some type of refund compensation due to the issues referenced above. Thanks for your time and possible assistance. Mike"
