「Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.」

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional.

「Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. 「As always a lovely stay, with friendly staff & excellent food!」
